点评：Judgemental and difficult to deal with. David was unable to communicate without using blasphemy during our early conversation, which immediately created an uncomfortable atmosphere. There was absolutely no rapport with me as a customer.
I had come in hoping to select a piece of greenstone and be guided through the process of carving a pendant. As someone new to this, I was looking for support and guidance through the creative process. Instead, David’s argumentative and domineering attitude, along with his judgemental approach, made the experience unsavoury and quite unpleasant.
I did not want this stone carving experience to be tainted with toxic memories. I willingly left within 5 mins.
I hope that Dave continues to give his experience & knowledge to others & that he treats his future customers with the respect they deserve.
