Very disappointing
Nuad Thai Massage & Well Being Clinic的点评
Very disappointing experience
I booked a massage at Nuad Massage in Beaconsfield for my daughter’s birthday. I actually called twice to make sure the booking was confirmed, and I was reassured that everything was booked.
My daughter arrived for her appointment, only to be told that they had no booking for her.
It was particularly disappointing because this was arranged as a birthday treat, and we had taken the time to call twice specifically to avoid exactly this situation. Having a booking confirmed and then turning up to find that there is no record of it is simply not acceptable.
I understand that mistakes can happen, but when a customer has called twice and received confirmation, I would expect the business to take responsibility and make an effort to resolve the situation — especially when it involves a special occasion.
Unfortunately, what was meant to be a lovely birthday experience turned into a very disappointing one.
