点评：Training needs to be made for this young driver who profiles and was abrasive once stepped into car for personalized trip to be packaged with drop off & pickoff at airport. Though there was miscommunication from sales to him, he kept saying we should do it his way or he’ll only drop us off only at Oia. Once he realized we had money as women asian Americans, his tone changed. He kept saying that we’re tourists and lucky cause as an Albanian and living on the island, he made no money thinking we would feel sorry to give him tip though he drives recklessly. There is a sense on entitlement and if he was apologetic and polite, we would have tipped. At the end, my 70 year old mother gave him a tip for bringing down luggage though he smacked attitude and kept the seat belt alert ringing and luggage’s were slidding when we had wines in there. We could tell he did this on purpose out of annoyance thinking we wouldn’t give him anything. Because of him, I give 4 out of 5 because the person whom sold us package was nice and appreciative as well as Henry. Out of all island hopping, Santorini was place we feel profiles and not grateful for tourism unless you our perceived to have money or being white. I am not naming names as I think he deserves a chance to learn about proper etiquette and perception because he is not meant to be in hospitality. Plus, we understand this is his livelihood and hopefully he learns from his poor attitude and becomes more hospitable.
