点评:It is indeed a spacious airline.. The ambience looks good.. We procured few food from her from the Big Bowl restaurant.. All the service staff were courteous and responsive except one lady at the entrance who paved way for the people at anding for boarding and security check.. We were standing in a normal queue but she let few of us stand in queue 25 for a very long time and no one came there.. Then we ourselves went in another queue and she called us again and let us in another queue.. Ridiculous and she never bpthered to even answer my question, she was rude and passed just like that.. We were returning from Hanoi to Da Nang.. Please be humble to people we are coming from India to visit your place as tourists.. So maintain respect and treat everyone with respect..
The airlines need to improve in handling the customers.. They are made wait in a single line and most of the counters keep closed.. They move away just like that.. There is no proper management to handle and divert the people for check in..

航空公司需要改进客户服务。乘客被安排排成一条队,而且大多数柜台都关着。他们就这样走了。没有有效的管理来引导乘客办理登机手续。
