点评：Genuinely disappointing experience for breakfast in a group of four where three other people received their orders. I ordered scrambled eggs on toast with mushroom that arrived way after the three other people and we had to ask where it was - they had almost finished . Then it was brought to me with mushrooms on the side which was a bit weird but worse, they were literally stone cold as if they had just come out of the fridge,
They offered to put it in the microwave. It still didn’t come. I went down to ask and they said they’d made a mistake but still the mushrooms didn’t come up.
The whole experience left me with a deep sadness when I came to Reading to meet family after a bereavement. It made a very sad day much sadder because I hate being the type of person who complains - but don’t come here if you want a stress free and pleasant time because you come out feeling far worse
