Disappointing Product Quality and Poor Resolution - manor.ch

点评：We purchased several chairs online from Manor Switzerland and experienced the same issue on 5 different chairs.
Before tightening the screws, the chairs were stable and properly aligned. As soon as the screws were tightened, the structure became distorted and the chairs started wobbling. This was tested on multiple flat surfaces and clearly had nothing to do with the floor.
After sending videos and detailed explanations, Manor and the partner only acknowledged one defective chair and offered a small 10% refund instead of a proper solution for all affected chairs.
Although a partial refund was eventually issued, the overall experience was disappointing considering the amount of time, frustration and assembly work involved for brand-new furniture purchased online.
Unfortunately, the product quality and customer service did not meet the standards I expected from Manor Switzerland.
