点评：We recently had the pleasure of Anselmo as our driver from the PVR airport to San Poncho with a stop for groceries at La Comer along the way. Can’t say enough good things about Anselmo. In addition to being a very safe driver he was also punctual, courteous, professional, friendly, helpful, and spoke good English. We hope to have him as our driver for our next transfer. He is perfect.
While making arrangements for the three main transfers we need while in Mexico, I was so impressed with how friendly, responsive and accommodating Ventas AirCo was and how easy they were to work with. I will definitely use them again and again.
The only hiccup we encountered occurred after Anselmo walked us from the airport terminal, gave us a cold welcome drink and got us situated in the clean SUV. A worker from Ventas AirCo then came to the vehicle and gruffly demanded we pay for all three transfers up front, in cash, immediately. That was not the agreement I had with the company so I pulled up the email that documented this and Anselmo kindly interpreted it for the man. The man must have thought I was trying to pull a fast one or something and was still not having it. He made a call to someone and eventually came around but continued to be less than pleasant. To be fair, the agreement I had obviously was different from what he is accustomed to but having that needless unpleasantness be the start of our much anticipated vacation was unfortunate. However, that incident will not be a deal breaker for us using Ventas AirCo in the future. They are great!
