点评:We recently stayed at this hotel from 2nd to 4th May and unfortunately our experience did not meet expectations.
On arrival, the hotel itself made a positive impression, and we chose to upgrade to a privilege room. The property is well presented, and initially we were pleased with our choice.
We also dined in the restaurant on our first evening. While the food was acceptable, the service felt below expectations, particularly as the restaurant was busy with large groups and attention seemed focused elsewhere.
The main issue occurred overnight. Due to the warm weather and lack of air conditioning, we briefly opened the window to cool the room. Despite closing it before sleeping, we woke to find a large number of mosquitoes throughout the room, including on the ceiling. As a result, both of us suffered multiple bites, which made the night very uncomfortable.
This significantly impacted our stay and we made the decision to leave early next morning to return to the UK. Although the hotel offered to move us to another room, by that point we did not feel confident continuing our stay.
Following this, we were offered only a partial refund (€60 out of €275 for the unused night), which we felt did not fairly reflect the situation. We have since contacted the hotel directly to request a resolution and are currently awaiting their response.
Overall, while the hotel itself has potential, this experience was disappointing and not in line with what we would expect for the price paid.
