- Vehicle #173, which picked me up from my appointment, charged $30 even though the driver took Highway 401, making the ride significantly faster.
- In both cases, no visible meter was present, and when I asked about the fare, I was simply told the total without any explanation.
These inconsistencies in pricing, combined with the lack of a visible meter, raise serious concerns about transparency and fairness. As a customer, I expect accurate estimates, honest billing, and clear communication. Unfortunately, none of these expectations were met.
Given this experience, I am extremely disappointed and will not be using your service again. I am requesting clarification regarding the fare discrepancies and an explanation as to why the quoted prices were not honoured.
