TeamSport Indoor Go Karting Sheffield的点评
点评：Extremely disappointing experience at TeamSport Sheffield. If I could rate it less than 1 star I would.
We arrived 40 minutes early for our 13:05 session, exactly as the website instructed, expecting to be checked in and ready to race. Instead, we were left sitting in the briefing room for over an hour before anyone even came to brief us.
There were 40+ people crammed into the room across three different time slots, because the sessions were running so far behind. At that point, the experience was already incredibly frustrating.
When we finally got onto the track, the attitude of one of the staff members checking the karts and carrying out the stop-and-go checks was absolutely appalling. Before I had even started racing, he was speaking to me in an incredibly condescending manner, telling me I needed to “reevaluate how I’m steering” and explaining that I should keep my hands at “10 and 2” as though I had never driven in my life. This is a go-karting experience aimed at the general public and novices, not a professional racing school. I was genuinely gobsmacked at the way I was spoken to as a paying customer.
Things got worse once we were actually racing. At one point I bumped into the side of the track. I wasn’t travelling quick as I’m a novice, and I apologised to the marshal, a youngish woman, who just rolled her eyes at me.
Then on a straight section of track, a young lad came up behind me at a fair speed and hit the back of my kart three times in a row, directly in front of a marshal. Nothing was done. No black flag, no apparent warning, nothing. I appreciate you can get hurt and it’s at our own risk, but the complete lack of intervention was shocking.
The repeated impact left me with a very painful back, meaning I was unable to take part in the second 15 minute session that I had paid for. Not that you actually get the full time with the constant stops.
What should have been an enjoyable day out turned into a thoroughly miserable experience. The organisation was dreadful, the waiting times were ridiculous, and the attitude of several members of staff was completely unacceptable. Being treated with that level of disrespect when you’ve paid good money for the experience is simply not on.
TeamSport Sheffield seriously needs to look at its organisation, staff attitude and track marshalling. We came for a fun day out and left injured, frustrated and feeling completely disregarded. Not only that, but the poor organisation meant we missed out of our other plans for the day.
Absolutely disappointing and disgusting treatment from start to finish. I won’t be returning, and based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend it to others either.

多次撞击导致我的背部剧痛不已，结果我无法参加自己付费报名的第二场15分钟练习赛。虽说如此，但由于中途不断有各种停顿，实际上根本无法享受到完整的游玩时间。
