Almost too easy... Perfect for Maui.
Bext Premium Jeep Rental的点评
点评：This was way better than getting just any rental... It's the next best thing to owning a Wrangler on Maui.
Booking was easy and straight forward but the pickup is ridiculously easy. I got a text from a human being before leaving saying it would be in the short term parking. Upon arriving... another text and some photos for visual reference. Just head to short term parking and it's sitting there. It felt like a brand new Rubicon. Loaded up the family and off we went. We were able to cruise from Lahaina to Pa'ia to Ka'anapali taking the top down or up as needed for the weather... driving at night after a beach day on Maui with the top down and good music made for some good family memories.
Returning the Rubicon (called it "Ruby" by now) was so easy it made me a little nervous at first. Again, just a text message exchange with a real human being. Left the keys with the valet at our hotel telling him someone from Bext would pick it up. Got a text they got it, no problem, and they'd stop and fill up the gas and charge me the regular rate (no crazy rental markup or anxiety of finding a station).
On price: you are getting a premium vehicle and service so it's a little bit more than any rental but the quality of the service and car were worth more than the difference (which really wasn't that much in my opinion).
Sidenote: I'm a former Wrangler owner and was familiar most of the quirks of a Jeep like the handling and top removal... but, there are QR codes in the vehicle to watch a video of how to work the ragtop).
