Golden Wave的点评
点评：Please do not book any excursions through Filip at Golden Wave. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing and, in my view, not representative of what was promised when we booked.
My friend was sick so I paid €200 for a private trip covering Lake Skadar, Budva and Sveti Štepan. We were specifically promised an English-speaking guide. However, the guide, Slatva arrived 30 minutes late, did not speak English, had no clear itinerary or knowledge of the tour, and relied on Google Translate to communicate with us. He also spent much of the journey using his phone while driving. It was very clear that the information and arrangements we had agreed with Filip had not been communicated to the guide.
The situation became even more frustrating at Lake Skadar. We had been told the boat trip would cost €50 for two, but I was subsequently told it was €210 for three locations which was only made clear after the trip. This was not made clear to us when the excursion was booked, and I refused to pay the additional amount. The pricing was extremely misleading and did not match what had been explained to us beforehand.
The guide also took photographs of himself during the trip and made a video call to his son while I was on the excursion. Overall, the experience felt extremely unprofessional and poorly organised.
We were also promised two hours in Budva, which we did not receive - at best ‘45 minutes max’ as the guide demanded.
I have tried repeatedly to contact Filip at Golden Wave to resolve the matter, but my messages have not gone through and I have received no response. At this point, I am concerned that we may have been blocked.
I would strongly advise others not to book this excursion through this agent. Unfortunately, it was a very expensive and extremely disappointing experience, and I feel that we were misled about both the service and the pricing.
