点评:I have contacted Wingly and thought i should let you know about their appalling refund policy. According to them you can not get a refund except in the form of a gift card, valid for over a year. I only want a simple refund due to no availability, their terms and conditions state "Once the booking has been accepted by the operator, Pilot the flight cannot be cancelled nor refunded." As i understand it you are the operator and did not accept the booking due to other commitments, therefore i should get the refund. However, Wingly have emailed me to state they will only give me a gift card not a refund, which i find very frustrating. I have contacted my credit card company, who have advised me to go to citizens advice bureaux to get more information, under consumer laws, before the credit card company can ask for a "charge back" to be raised.
Obviously, this is something that you and other pilots may not be aware of, but after spending £320 this has left me and my wife feeling very deflated about the whole experience with Wingly and verging on being a SCAM. I suggest you read the negative feedback from many users on trust pilot, trip advisor and please make other pilots aware of what should be a good service to all, to be very bad experience. It appears that if you pilots do not have availability, punters lose their money.
