The worst shopping experience I have ever seen in my whole life.
Since I entered the shop no greeting were made no smile. My mom wanted to get some pandora’s charms so we made it to upstairs when we went to the pandora section the lady didn’t greeted and she started asking what you looking for then we kindly told her the we want to see your collections of pandora charms, after we made our decision to get one of the ring Because my mom didn’t liked the charm so we asked the lady to pack it since we were browsing, she didn’t packed the item and she started to serve another customer while we thought she might have packed so we can pay and leave, I asked her did you packed the ring she gave me the angry look and she asked another staff to pack it and give to us.
Secondly we went to the cashier she did the total and told us it was $79 while the lady who had served me at the first told me it was $49 then I asked her does even your staff knows the product. I wasn’t happy with what thy just did but there was another lady beside the cashier she just started saying to me don’t ruin your day don’t make ur heart feel bad and I was just like you already made my day worst girl.
Dear managers please do see what your staffs are doing, especially your customer service.
