点评：We booked this following others review as me and my husband wanted to snowmobile but did not want the kids to get cold on our way to find Santa!
Neil (not sure how you spell it sorry) was our guide and he was patient and made sure we were all safe and kept together.
The sled for the kids was heated and had snacks to eat on the way. Our kids are 5 and 8.
When we arrived we were able to sledge until it was our time to have a very short ride on a reindeer. Just be aware that this is a short ride in a loop and you can have photos with the reindeer but not feed them (they are slightly wilder reindeer).
We then met bubbles the elf and we were taken into Santa's cabin. We had given in our letters before arriving and Santa had lots of information he used to talk to the kids and interact.
Afterwards we went into another hut and had some doughnuts and the kids coloured until everyone was done and then we headed back. We went out on the 11am trip which was daylight on the way out and then darker on way home!
