点评：I just wanted to take a moment to say how amazing Scar was when she helped me with an issue I had with an order from Nando’s at St Lukes.
I called the help desk because part of my order hadn’t arrived, and I was really frustrated because I couldn’t contact the Nando’s at St Lukes directly as they don’t have a phone number available.
Scar was honestly amazing. Rather than just telling me to contact Nando’s myself, she actually took it upon herself to walk over to the restaurant herself and let them know that I hadn’t received my full order.
She then went even further and looked into other ways I could make a complaint through the right channels, because she understood that I couldn’t contact the restaurant myself.
I really appreciated that she didn’t just brush me off or pass me from one place to another. She actually cared enough to help me sort it out, and that meant a lot.
You don’t always come across people who are willing to go that extra mile, especially when they could have easily said, “Sorry, you’ll need to contact the restaurant.” Scar could have done exactly that, but she didn’t.
She was kind, helpful, patient and genuinely went above and beyond for me. Scar is an absolute asset to your team and deserves to be recognised for the way she treated me.
I would actually love to make an official commendation or praise for Scar directly to her managers, as I genuinely feel she deserves recognition for the effort she put in to help me. I’m just not sure how or where I’m able to do that, so if someone could point me in the right direction, I would really appreciate it.
