点评：Our Kilimanjaro Climb with Monkey Adventures was flawless and enjoyable from start to finish! Short on time while planning the trip, Monkey Adventures was the first company I found online with a great website and rapid customer service. They were so quick to answer any and all of my questions and to pivot when my plans changed. Initially we considered a combined safari and climb but ultimately opted for just the climb and the company adapted seamlessly. Once in country, monkey adventures took great care of us. Our lead guide, aptly named God, met us at the hotel the day before and gave us a great briefing and checked all our gear - a nice touch to instill confidence. The next day, we picked up rental gear (no reservation, yet no hassle) transit was seamless and the whole team was so kind. On the mountain, we did the lemosho route and LOVED it. The porters were incredibly strong and kind, and our guides tended to our every need. Our camp was always set up before we arrived, with fresh hot water for cleaning up and tea and snacks ready for us. Our guides were knowledgeable and confident, calm, and comforting. The meals were also fantastic, shocking us with the culinary expertise with each meal. The porters carried pineapple and watermelon to the high camp, and we had five course meals regularly with both local and international cuisine - all agreeable to the stomach. Our guides custom tailored our schedule to our fitness and comfortability, speeding up or slowing down as needed, making us the most efficient team on the mountain. We summited with (relative) ease, and with a clear weather window thanks to our guides cleverly timing the start different from other companies. And our lead porter took photos and was an incredible photographer! Our server, Robert, was so kind every morning, lunch, and evening and so professional, dedicated to service to the end. Anyone would be lucky to have Robert on their team, and highly recommend him. With how much work these porters and the team put in, our only regret is not being able to tip more - these guys really deserve every penny and many more. Our climb ended on a high note, with an epic and quick descent, right on time and relatively painless. Choose monkey, ask for Steve (our other exceptional guide!!), God, Robert, and all of their preferred porters and chef if you can, and get excited for your climb! We highly recommend and appreciate them making our trip safe, easy as could be, and unforgettable. And if you can, tip generously!
