Memorable and personalized scuba diving in Phuket
普吉潜水之旅的点评
点评：Aloha Diving has recently undergone a change of ownership, but having completed both the PADI Open Water and Advanced Open Water certifications with them in Sep-Oct 2025 it was reassuring to witness that their commitment to providing a personalized, professional, attentive and memorable diving experience hasn’t changed when compared to other reviews.
The facilities on their boat are clean, safe and well maintained, whilst all the diving kit was in great condition and well serviced throughout each dive. This included being able to recommend and provide alternative accessories (e.g. fins) to ensure comfort and peak performance. The needs of each diver were adapted on a daily basis to align relevant buddies to the specific requirements of each group, from beginners and ‘try’ divers through to far more experienced and qualified divers. This tailor-made approach stood out, particularly when observing the “scuba factories” of other local operators from afar.
A special mention goes out to Mona and her unique blend of friendliness, enthusiasm and knowledge whilst at the same time providing confidence, security and overall peace of mind throughout each phase of the Open Water training, and her endeavours to bring fun and enjoyment for students from their dives. 🫶
A few aspects of the Advanced Open Water training weren’t as enjoyable or rewarding and could have gone better, but ultimately this comes down to divers/customers and instructors gaining a prior understanding of objectives and deciding whether to opt for training or recreational programs before signing up.
A big thank you to the team at Aloha Diving for your guidance and expertise, and looking forward to continuing my scuba journey whether that be in Phuket or elsewhere! Similarly wishing every success for the future! 🤙
