Icon Spa at Castle Dargan Estate的点评
点评：The treatment for my back, shoulders, face and scalp were lovely. However this is were the good review ends. The staff were cold and did not treat "paying customers" in a professional manner.
From the minute my partner and I walked into the hotel. There were no signs for where the entrance to the spa was. The hotel receptionist wasn't there and I asked one of catering staff were it was. He wasn't sure. I had to ring the spa and ask where to find the entrance. This all happened around 16.40 to 16.50. Our treatment was for 5. If we had known where to go we would have been there in plenty of time.
When we arrived at the spa there was an air of coldness from the receptionist. I said there was no signs for the spa so we got lost and i apologised.
We were a little late so everything was rushed. We didn't get long to get ready. As I was waiting in the relaxation room after rushing getting ready. The masseuse came looking for me once but walked back out. When she came the second time, she said she couldn't find me. It made me feel really anxious, even though I was told to wait there for her.
As I said the treatment was lovely. But after it I felt rushed to leave, as they close at 6. It made me feel unwelcome especially after paying over 100 euro. One of the staff had an awful attitude with my partner and I saying if we had arrived earlier it would have been better. Her tone was very angry and irritable with me. I apologised but explained that we couldn't find where the spa was. She ignored this. I will never return.
