Tsavo East, last minute safari

点评：After travelling to Mombasa with work I found out last minute I would have Monday off so contacted Freddie on Sunday evening to try and arrange a last minute Safari.
Communication was so good and Freddie replied almost instantly and went out his way to help.
Safari was arranged and I was picked up at 5am, a breakfast box and coffee had been arranged by Freddie and was ready and waiting at reception before we set of too Tsavo East.
Our Tour guide/Driver Jefferson was absolutely amazing and really made it a special experience. He was very knowledgeable and you could tell he genuinely enjoyed his job and loved all the animals. He went the extra mile to ensure we got up close to a lion, we only did the 1 day Safari but saw most things and a lot more than we were expecting.
Overall a faultless experience and a company how clearly value their customers having a great experience. Keep up the amazing work.
