Leavenworth Reindeer Farm的点评
点评：Dirty hotel handy to ferry and local restaurants. Pictures are from SECOND room. We cleaned the bugs out of the corners ourselves when we walked into it for the first time. The first room we were given had tons of midges in every corner of the room: we left the room after ten seconds.
Rooms were dated. Rooms were not clean. June is midge season in the region so I understand the room's tiny "balcony" would have the bugs, but not the room.
The first room we were provided was unacceptable: every corner had midges on walls and ceiling crawling and flying. The top floor room's ceiling was pitched so there were two extra corners and extra midges. I've never seen a room in the U.S. with so many bugs. Why not run a vacuum up in the corners?
The front desk was rude, mocking us to other guests when we complained about the first room. We were provided a second room which had fewer midges in the room which we cleaned away ourselves. Poor service. Crap attitude. Rooms were not clean aside from the bug situation: door panels collecting dirt, bathroom could use a deep clean.
We will not stay at a best western again. What a terrible experience. They failed on things that were easy to get right: treat your customers well, clean the rooms for new guests, don't be a jerk.
Give me a broom, a vacuum, surface cleaner, and 20 minutes and the room would be done and presentable. Then get me on front desk to assure arriving guests that the room is clean but be mindful of open doors because it's midge season in this wonderful region. Easy.

我们再也不会入住Best Western了。这真是一次糟糕透顶的体验。他们在一些本应轻松做好的事情上也搞砸了：善待顾客、为新客人把房间打扫干净、别表现得粗鲁无礼。
只要给我一把扫帚、一个吸尘器、一些清洁剂，再给我20分钟时间，我就能把房间打扫得干干净净、整整齐齐。然后让我在前台，向刚入住的客人保证房间已经打扫干净了。不过要注意别让门一直开着，因为这个美丽的地区现在正是蠓虫活跃的季节。很简单吧。
