I’ve just concluded a seven-day trip to Thailand, with Chiang Mai as one of my destinations, and I can honestly say that this part of the journey would not have been the same without Mike hosting me for this incredible adventure.
Mike is a man with a big heart—someone who delivers a truly authentic experience while maintaining very high standards throughout. From start to finish, he made sure expectations were not only met, but genuinely exceeded.
If you are looking for a real, authentic side of Chiang Mai—the kind that can only be shared by someone who grew up in and truly understands the beauty and heritage of this amazing city—then Mike is the person to go to.
I personally chose the two-day, one-night trekking experience. We spent the night in a local village home, shared time with some of the most warm-hearted people, enjoyed incredible food, stunning scenery, and, most importantly, an unforgettable trekking experience with meaningful activities along the way. It felt real, personal, and deeply enriching.
At the beginning, choosing this experience felt like a bit of a bet—but what an amazing outcome it turned out to be.
