Gift Vouchers for Treatments not valid

点评：My experience was at Spa Ceylon in The Galle Fort in Lighthouse Street. I was given a gift voucher for a particular massage, Royal Body Ritual. When I went to book an appointment, I was informed by the staff that I will have to pay extra money to have that treatment as it costs more in Galle Fort than Colombo.
I was shocked at this request and not prepared to pay the extra funds so the staff said I could choose another treatment of lesser value, but I could not have the Royal Body Ritual even though the voucher stated Royal Body Ritual.
I spoke to the manager on the phone, and he also insisted that I could not use the voucher as stated as Galle Fort prices are higher than Colombo.
I then rang the Online Staff and was told that I did not need to pay extra for the treatment, so I returned to inform this with the unhelpful staff at Galle Fort. They spoke with her and convinced the Online Staff member that I had to pay extra or take a treatment at a lower value.
My past experiences at the Galle Fort have been very good, and I am a regular customer as I have always purchased the Spa Ceylon products for my villa in Galle Fort and have recommended the Spa Ceylon to our clients.
Unfortunately, after today's visit, where I found the staff to be stubborn and rude, I will not be taking my business elsewhere.
