点评：We chose Deepal as our driver for our Sri Lanka trip based on all the great eviews he already had — and it turned out to be one of the best decisions we made for our holiday.
From the very start, Deepal was incredibly responsive, offering quick replies, practical suggestions, and advice on the best routes to take.
We landed in the middle of a cyclone, so our original plans had to be completely changed, but Deepal handled everything with efficiency. He rang around hotels to find us somewhere to stay on our first night and even welcomed us into his own home for a night, such a kind gesture. He and his family served us some of the best food we had on the trip.
He helped us design a brand-new itinerary and spent time checking which hotels and excursions were open after the storm. Because of the rearranged schedule he could only drive us for part of the holiday, but he made sure we were in safe hands with Ranga, who was an excellent driver and we always felt safe with him at the wheel. Deepal kept in touch throughout the rest of our trip to check in and make sure we were happy.
A perfect example of the little touches that made the trip so special: after we told him we’d gone to a restaurant he recommended, the waiter came over to ask if we were friends of Deepal after he had rang to let them know he had guests there & to look after us - a sign of how respected he is.
We had a fantastic holiday, and Deepal played a huge part in making it so memorable. The final surprise — a framed photo from our trip as a gift — was such a thoughtful gesture.
We can’t recommend Deepal highly enough. If you’re thinking of booking him, do it — you’ll be very glad you did.
