When I arrived there, my booking was not registered. They told me to wait another 2 hours to see if they could resolve the issue. I waited, and only then did they call me to say that it wasn't possible because they didn't have availability.
Naturally, I complained and mentioned that I had paid the deposit and transportation to get there, so Dive on Malta had to take responsibility.
According to the receptionist, Dive on Malta didn't have to take responsibility because I received a confirmation message (after everything was agreed upon and the deposit was paid) stating that my appointment was scheduled for a week from then, not on the day I had requested and had been confirmed to me.
The receptionist was extremely rude and impolite, even shouting at me for an error that was their own and that they didn't want to admit.
Terrible experience, I do not recommend it.
