DO NOT book with Canadian Craft Tours for any group transportation needs.
We booked a 2-day Canadian craft tour for our group of 17 people in the Niagara area. What should have been a memorable trip turned into a complete disaster due to their transportation failures.
Day 1: Bus service was acceptable.
Day 2: Bus simply didn’t show up. When we called, we were told “30 minutes” - this was in the morning. By 1:30 PM, we called again only to be told it would be “another hour and a half.” At this point, our entire day’s itinerary was ruined.
The company’s response: They blamed their subcontractor and showed zero accountability for the service they sold us. No apology, no solution, no compensation offered.
Impact: 17 people’s vacation day completely wasted. Missed scheduled tours, lost deposits at venues, and tremendous frustration for everyone involved.
Bottom line: This company clearly has no control over their transportation providers and no backup plan when things go wrong. They’re happy to take your money but won’t stand behind their service when it fails.
Save yourself the headache and book with a company that actually manages their operations properly. There are plenty of reliable transportation options in the Niagara area - this is NOT one of them.
