Great crew but lame overall

点评：The crew was friendly, but unfortunately this experience was not as advertised. My group and I were very disappointed that none of the “included” sights or attractions mentioned were actually seen during the sail. The main landmark visible throughout the trip was the pickup/drop-off location near the aquarium. The boat essentially traveled in a small circle, and while it was relaxing to be out on the water, everything we saw could have easily been viewed from shore.
This was especially frustrating because we intentionally saved this excursion for our final day in Charleston under the impression that we would get to experience the advertised sights — which never happened. Additionally, the sail was advertised as a 90-minute experience, but from the time we boarded to the time we disembarked, it lasted only about 70–75 minutes.
Afterward, I contacted the company to express these concerns. Although I was initially told someone would follow up with me, I never received any response. I was also disappointed by the dismissive tone from one of the employees during that conversation, which only added to the frustration.
Lastly, the seating arrangement was bench-style seating packed closely with multiple groups. While not necessarily a dealbreaker, it was definitely uncomfortable and much tighter than expected.
Overall, the crew themselves were pleasant and the sail was relaxing, but the experience fell far short of what was advertised. Between the misleading descriptions, shortened trip length, dismissive tone from customer service, and overall disappointment, I would not book this experience again.
