Aline was amazing, but some small problems.

点评：All in all, a lovely experience. My hot stone massage was incredible, by the lovely Aline. She was incredibly talented and made the experience wonderful.
Only minor things I think the place could improve on: we waited an hour for iced coffees to turn up by the pool, in the end we went and asked and they had to chase them. When we had our brunch, they had let the stock run down on the continental and we had to ask for things like spoons and bowls. Both the outside hot tubs weren’t working and it was SO busy after brunch that it felt like a commercial public swimming area, I appreciate to some extent this can’t be helped though. When we went to leave we wanted to buy some of the creams and I pressed the call button at least 5 times. It took a long queue to form before 3 people all left the office at the same time. I can only assume they heard the bell and ignored us? If we were in a rush we wouldn’t have bothered with the purchases and would have just left.
I have been a couple of times before and I would say the experience was better previously, still had an amazing time but it was a shame on the little extras that stop it feeling like real luxury. We still love it here but hope the standards go back to what I have experienced before as it’s not cheap what you pay to go here.
