点评：The Montese Cooking Experience was truly one of the highlights of our two-week trip through Italy! From the moment we arrived, Chef Mauro and his wonderful staff welcomed us like old friends coming over for dinner.
Chef Mauro shared so many incredible cooking tips and techniques, but what made the experience truly special was the warm, relaxed, and welcoming atmosphere he created. We enjoyed delicious wine made right on the property while learning to prepare some of the best food we tasted during our entire trip. And we are still dreaming about the focaccia dipped in that amazing sauce!
The setting itself felt like something out of a dream—beautiful, peaceful, and the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable culinary experience. We left with full bellies, big smiles, new cooking skills, and recipes we can’t wait to recreate at home.
If you find yourself anywhere near the San Gimignano area, the Montese Cooking Experience with Chef Mauro is an absolute MUST-DO! It was so much more than a cooking class—it was a wonderful taste of Italian hospitality that we will remember for years to come. 🇮🇹❤️
