Club 33的点评
点评：This was one of the worst nightclub experiences I’ve had anywhere in Europe.
From the moment we entered Club 33 Sofia, the staff attitude was arrogant and dismissive. As tourists, it was immediately clear we were not treated the same as locals. Drinks listed on the menu at one price were charged at significantly higher prices without any explanation. This was not a mistake — it was systematic.
When we politely asked to see the bill (a completely normal request), we were given a handwritten, improvised “bill” that didn’t even match the amount we had already paid. No proper receipt, no breakdown, nothing transparent.
As soon as we questioned the discrepancies, multiple security staff suddenly appeared around us. This felt intimidating and unsafe, especially considering all we did was ask for clarification on an overcharged bill that was never presented in the first place.
At no point did staff attempt to explain, de-escalate, or act professionally. English communication was extremely poor, and there was zero interest in customer service — only in extracting as much money as possible.
This place relies on confusing tourists, overcharging them, and then using intimidation when questioned. That is unacceptable.
If you’re visiting Sofia, be extremely cautious with venues like this. Club 33 is not a premium nightclub — it’s a textbook tourist trap with aggressive staff and dishonest billing practices.
I would never return and strongly advise others to stay away.
