They came close to ruining my vacation.

点评：I rented a scooter on line after going on their site and seeing that pick up and drop off is available at “most sites” without being present, since I am catching a flight at 6am. When making the reservation for Orlando, I would guess that “most sites” would include Disney. I receive a phone call to tell me I have to reschedule my pick up and drop off, as I must be present at both. Okay. Drop off okay, almost painless. Pick up, that’s a different story. They must pick up by 5:30, the evening before. It pretty much ruins my whole evening. Then, she tells me entitled to a refund of $18, but because I didn’t buy the insurance, it would have to be a credit. I stated that I was not changing the times, they were, and I really wanted the scooter all evening. Not doable. I told her I had a broken leg and could not see needing a scooter again. Tough. Isn’t insurance for the renter having to cancel? Nope, it’s apparently for any cancellation. So not only was I out an evening’s entertainment, I was out a day’s rent. Be VERY CAREFUL renting from this company. I find this unethical. The only reason they got two stars, was because the drivers were very pleasant, and punctual.
