An Amazing Sri Lankan Experience with an Exceptional Team!

点评：We recently completed a wonderful family holiday in Sri Lanka, and I wanted to take a moment to appreciate Praveen and his team for making our trip such a memorable and enjoyable experience.
Right from the beginning, Praveen was incredibly helpful, patient, and accommodating. We made several changes to our itinerary, including adjustments to our hotels, destinations, and travel plans, and not once did he make us feel that we were asking for too much. He was always willing to help, offer suggestions, and work around our preferences to make sure everything came together smoothly.
One thing we particularly appreciated was his effort in arranging our scenic train journey from Nanu Oya to Ella. Tickets were extremely difficult to secure and were showing as unavailable, but Praveen went out of his way to help us arrange them. It was one of the experiences we really wanted to have, and we were grateful that he made it possible.
Praveen also personally welcomed us at the airport, which was a lovely way to begin our holiday.
A very special mention goes to Saman, our driver and companion throughout the entire journey, from Negombo to Colombo.
Saman was absolutely fantastic! He was professional, punctual, patient, and, most importantly, a very safe and responsible driver. Travelling with family and children, safety and comfort were extremely important to us, and we always felt we were in good hands.
Throughout the trip, Saman offered some excellent recommendations on places to visit, where to stop, and things to experience along the way. Some of the nicest moments of our holiday came from these little suggestions and spontaneous stops that weren’t necessarily part of our original itinerary.
He was also extremely accommodating with our timings. Whether it was an early start, a long day on the road, or waiting patiently while we explored a place or finished an activity, he was always there on time, with a positive attitude and never making us feel rushed.
What I particularly liked about travelling with this team is the flexibility they offer. You don’t necessarily need to have every single day planned down to the last detail. If you have an idea of the places you’d like to see or the kind of experiences you enjoy, just communicate that to them and let the journey unfold. They know Sri Lanka well and can help you discover places and experiences along the way. Sometimes, going with the flow makes for the best memories!
From the beautiful hill country and scenic train rides to the coastal areas and Colombo, the entire journey was comfortable, relaxed, and well managed.
What really stood out was that we never felt like we were simply being transported from one hotel to another. There was genuine care, flexibility, and a willingness to make sure we enjoyed our holiday.
A big thank you to Praveen and Suman for taking such good care of our families and making our Sri Lankan holiday so special.
I would happily recommend their services to anyone planning a trip to Sri Lanka, especially families looking for a reliable, safe, flexible, and personalised travel experience.
