点评：World class experience. The highlights are to many to mention but I’ll try.
1 Food, exceptional and affordable.
2 Service, they went above and beyond to provide superior service.
3 Whosky experience. World class.
I’ve visited many distilleries and this one is now number one on my list. My wife and I arrive for lunch and ordered many things from the menu, all were delicious and of a quality that is above average even for Japan. Then afterwards I went and tasted from the hand poured barrels and of course I bought some bottles. Here’s us where the customer service really shined. I must admit that I am partially blind, the kind people here took me step by step in pouring the bottles that I ordered. Also, they didn’t have the bottles I wanted, so they went out of their way to make it happen. They even apologized in a hand written note that I had to wait a little bit, I was not concerned about the wait, but the extra effort they made to provide the whiskey I wanted made me very happy and demonstrates the quality of not only the whiskey but the kind and dedicated people who work at the distillery. Thoughtful attention to detail and service can be tasted in this whiskey,
