点评：I am genuinely shocked that this place holds a 5-star food hygiene rating. Our visit yesterday was nothing short of appalling.
Hygiene & Safety:
The cleanliness is non-existent. The carpeted stairs are covered in thick layers of dust and debris, which is a massive concern for children's respiratory health—especially in a place where they are running and breathing heavily. The gents' toilets were even worse: the ceiling is literally falling in, revealing black mold and damp, while the walls and fixtures are coated in grime and limescale. It feels more like an abandoned building than a children's play center.
Food & Service:
We paid nearly £5.00 for a tray of chips that arrived cold and completely bland. To make matters worse, the center is a logistical mess. None of the token or coin machines for the arcade were working, so we had to trek back and forth to reception every single time the kids wanted to play. Even the vending machines were failing to authorize card payments (see photos/video).
