点评：We had a wonderful time seeing Xinjiang with Waheed. He helped us with lost luggage which did not arrive in Kashgar, assisted with connecting with airlines to retrieve an item left on the plane, took us through parts of the Karakoram Highway with endless panoramic views, walked us through the old town in Kashgar, and more.
Note that we did not see the live stock market (which some of us were looking forward to see, a once-in-a-lifetime chance) because you have to be there on a certain day of the week, which is pretty hard to chance on if you have limited time in Kashgar. Another thing to note is that as foreign tourists, we had to wait 2 hours to get a "permit" to get past a certain point on the Karakoram Highway - something we did not expect before we got there.
The main reason I cannot provide 5 stars for the tour is due to professionalism. While on tour, we felt that our guide was busy transacting business; we did not feel like we had Waheed's undivided attention. There were times when it felt like we had to explore on our own when Waheed could have been explaining the sights. Similarly during long car rides when Waheed was on the phone transacting business. We hope that this is taken as constructive criticism so that Waheed can take this feedback improve his service.
