点评：We wrapped up our Pantanal trip a couple of days with Pantanal Jaguar Safaris. From the very first moment, we reached to getting dropped us back at the Manaus airport, we had a very professional and high-class experience. Jordana helped us with all the planning logistics and Fernando was our on tour guide.
I want to take a moment to reflect on how much Fernando as our guide made this entire trip joyful and memorable.
From the very first time, he picked us up at Amazon Aeroporto hotel, with a big smile on his face and to the time he dropped us back at Manaus airport 6 days later, he was extremely professional, courteous, and helpful. He answered all our random questions patiently and his knowledge came through in very easy to understand language. He added a great touch of humor in conversations that always brought levity in otherwise long and tiring days. We did multiple safaris with him over 6 days and he was full of same energy and enthusiasm in each one of them. He kept us well informed of the plans and kept guiding us on do’s and dont’s.
My son coordinated the entire trip was very excited for this visit. He has started getting into birding for the last couple of years. He got into endless discussions about improving his birding knowledge and photography skills. I’m really glad Aditya found a great mentor in Fernando.
I’d like to summarize that Fernando is a TOTAL KEEPER. We are going to recommend Pantanal Jaguar Safaris to all our friends primarily because of our experience with Fernando and Jordana.
Jordana and Fernando make a killer combination to keep this company growing and thriving.
