Upon arriving to our Prosecco, lunch and 30 min spa treatment we were told there was no lunch options apart from jacket potatoes with toppings but by the time we got to our table they were barely any toppings. So We got McDonald’s on the way back
The ‘30 mins’ treatment was lovely but only 20 mins
And the prosecco wasn’t cold so I was made to wait whilst my friend drank hers. I was very disappointed with ur reply on google ‘humbly asking for the opportunity to make it right’ but nothing was offered to us. Surely u understand that we wouldn’t pay another £80 when we didn’t recieve the full service that we paid for the first time? But yes we would love to give you the opportunity to make it right so please let me know how you wish to do so. I’ll look forward to a more reasonable response. Thank
