点评：I want to warn anyone with long‑term or fluctuating health conditions to think very carefully before joining this gym. Despite providing a hospital letter confirming multiple health issues, the gym refused to accept it and insisted on a very specific doctor’s letter stating I cannot use the facilities for over two months. For many people with chronic conditions, this is unrealistic and feels discriminatory.
I have been unable to use the gym for the many months due to my health, yet I continued paying my membership in good faith, hoping I would improve. On the one occasion I did try to attend, I became very unwell afterwards, raising serious health and safety concerns of exercising. Unfortunately, the gym’s process made it clear that financial policy takes priority over member wellbeing.
If you have any underlying health problems, please be cautious before joining this Gym.
