点评：The train ride was lovely and our attendant was too. He was the one attendant for our entire car.
We were in First Class, which is actually the lowest class. The food was served in clear plastic containers. The type grocery stores pack cookies in. Plastic cutlery. We had to get off the train and line up to get the food.
The food was less impressive than takeaway food.
There was no hotbox to keep the hot meals hot. There was a refrigerator for salads.
I ordered the vegetarian. It was a sloppy container of only yellow squash and 2 tiny pieces of bread. The other options were chicken Alfredo, with only about 3 pieces of chicken which were about 1 inch long and half an inch thick. And spaghetti with meatballs. Also delivered prepacked in the cheap plastic containers. Not from a hotbox!
Our car attendant was a very sweet young many. He was so nice and was working as well as he could.
I will not recommend this train ride.
