These spaces are not temperature-controlled and, any pet owner will confirm that the kennels, are not cleaned or maintained and are not provided with supplies tomsonso yourself.
This becomes even more concerning during winter crossings, when conditions can be so rough that vehicle decks experience significant movement. If these conditions are considered unsafe for people, then what about the safety and well-being of animals left there.
