Exceptional service and unforgettable honeymoon experience

点评：We recently completed a 2-night cruise in Ha Long Bay aboard the Orchid Classic 2, staying in a Premium Suite (Room 201), and overall it was a fantastic experience.
The standout for us was the service. A special thank you to Hardy and Sally, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The team made us feel incredibly special, especially as we were celebrating our honeymoon.
On the first night, they surprised us with a beautiful setup for dinner with neon lights and balloons spelling out “Happy Honeymoon. This was such a thoughtful and memorable touch.
The boat itself is lovely, and our suite was spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed. The food was a real highlight, absolutely delicious throughout the trip. Congratulations to the Chef for delivering such high-quality meals.
We also really enjoyed the activities, particularly the kayaking. Being out on the water surrounded by the limestone islands was spectacular and a true highlight of Ha Long Bay.
A couple of things to be aware of:
• Ha Long Bay is very busy. At one point we counted around 45 cruise boats in the same area.
• Unfortunately, there was noticeable pollution, with rubbish floating in the water and some smog in the air.
• If you’re staying in the rear suites, be aware that engine noise starts early (around 6:00am), which can make it difficult to sleep in.
Despite these points, the overall experience was excellent. The service truly made the difference, and we would highly recommend this cruise to anyone looking for a special and memorable way to experience Ha Long Bay.
