点评:Having been blown away by all the South African hospitality we've experienced, this is sadly a miss from us. Our waitress was nice but clueless about the menu. We waited about half an hour before ordering and then nearly one further hour before being fed, and the food, bar the pizza (which was tasty), was disappointing to say the least. Sadly one of our meals was incorrect and I asked to have this removed from the bill. What followed was a near full-blown bust-up with the manager arguing the toss on whether I had actually eaten some of the food on the plate after I had spoken to the waitress about it (I will admit having had a couple of chips, as I had waited so long for my food - I could easily have eaten them from my daughters' portions, and wish I had in hindsight...). I worked in catering for 18 years and have been in the service industry for my whole adult life and was frankly shocked on how this manager approached the situation. She asked the waitress to box up my uneaten lunch, so that she could stand by her decision to charge me for it. This manager should go for a refresher course on how to approach service and I shall be writing to the owners with my feedback as such.
