Rent A Tour Guide In Sri Lanka的点评
点评：Our experience with Amith’s “Rent a Tour Guide in Sri Lanka” has also been fantastic and similar to many others reviews shared but with a different driver/ tour guide. Providing such an experience seems to be fundamental to their business model. We were booked to stay for one night at Amith’s Ayubowan Homestay but our flight got rescheduled and we arrived the following day in the morning. No problem! Amith allowed for the cancellation to be made. We still arrived at his homestay to start our journey and was warmly greeted by his family.
Our driver/ tour guide was Chanaka. Right from the time of our pick up from the airport, Chanaka treated us like family. Throughout our 6 day tour, he has been very humble and our friendship has grown. He has been very punctual, thoughtful and considerate, taking proper care for the smallest of the details, such as planning and stopping for proper washroom breaks. He is very knowledgeable about Sri Lanka. He gave thoughtful suggestions but always wanted us to decide what we wanted to do. If we make a special request (such as suggesting a good place to buy batik painting), either he had a place to suggest on our way, or found one for us through contacts.
This was our first trip to Sri Lanka, and we did not know what to expect. Given our experience, we certainly intend to plan at least one more trip with Chanaka, and during that one also visit his hometown and family. Thank you Chanaka for your friendship and a memorable experience! We would highly recommend “Rent a Tour Guide in Sri Lanka” and Chanaka to anyone looking for an unforgettable vacation in Sri Lanka.
