点评:Absolute recommendation for the EA coffee campus, which is a compact course over 25 days of training within about 5 weeks. It covers the basics of the coffee world all the way up to the professional courses giving one a deep dive into the complete coffee world. However, I did take it to the intermediate levels only and would absolutely love to come back for the professional courses at some point after accumulating more experience in the coffee world. I had some days off in between, so i could explore Florence as well. =D
I started with the technician course, followed by the one week coffee route and ended after the intermediate courses (7 Jan 26 - 5 Feb 26). The courses were a well-balanced mix of theory and hands-on excercises. Even more hands-on excercises in the intermediate courses in order to put the acquired theoretical knowledge into practice.
It was an absolute pleasure to have this wonderful adventure and to get to know the trainers, who were always open to answer whatever question and never shone away from generously sharing their valuable knowledge with their coffee students.
