点评:I joined as a member with the hope of learning to shoot and be supported to learn a new skill. Instead there is little or no guidance and support. The presumption is you have physic abilities and should know what has not been taught. There is no commitment to help new members feel welcome or get comfortable.
One member of staff delights in trying to belittle you and patronise you - whilst operating as the lane Marshall. As a professional myself, I do not expect to be patronised and embarrassed when I am spending my hard earned money at a club, especially in front of other people or other staff.
If this was any other environment, this person would have been challenged for their behaviour. I am polite and always treat people with respect, I expect the same in return. However this person is abusing their position and exploiting the fact that as a live range, customers cannot make a stand or risk being asked to leave the range.
I decided after the last occasion to write to the MD and vote with my feet and never attend again. I refuse to spend my hard earned money supporting a business that disrespects its own customers.
When someone joins in good faith and would have spent money consistently attending to learn a new hobby. It’s a strange business model to quickly move them to being disaffected and begrudging giving the club any money.
