Relaxing Salt Cave Experience
Vermont Salt Cave Spa & Halotherapy Center的点评
点评：I've wanted to try a salt cave for quite some time, and since my traveling partner and I had plans to stay in Vermont over the long holiday weekend, this place sounded super promising and it did not disappoint.
The store is really cool. Lots of interesting items, fair prices as well. I almost got a dowsing rod. Maybe next visit. The woman who helped us was super engaging and funny - she made us feel right at home. There was plenty of parking.
We were the only 2 signed up for our 4pm slot (maximum 7 people). I loved how they designed the cave (it's not a real cave but a room that is filled with mood lighting and salt displays and obviously salt everywhere). The salt is supposed to have many health benefits and I can say without a doubt that I felt incredibly relaxed after about an hour in the cave. My travel partner also reported a nagging ache he had went away and didn't return afterward so I do think there's some truth to the healing properties of the salt. If you're someone who enjoys relaxation and meditation in general then I think this is a fun spa experience to try out. We are already thinking about returning and seeing if there are other places closer to home (it was about 3.5 hours away so we'd go again if staying in the area for sure).
