DONT BOOK CHILDRENS PARTY HERE!

点评：Had my daughter’s birthday party here last wk - Basically a conveyer belt of 1 in 1 out all they care about is getting money for partys not if you are happy. Party host was late room wasnt ready, guest couldn't check in - they dont let u take pics they dont let u on equipment to be with kids. Food was a joke! Price per head & u get a slice of pizza, 7 chips 1 bourbon biscuit & 1 custard cream!
Its literally ran by kids all teenagers who have no idea what they doing - the girl who was supposed to ‘host’ the party came into room whilst kids were mid eating to get us sing happy birthday (so we would leave for next party) 20mins before the 2hr party was booked for she had us out of the room & kids food was taken before they had finished she also left a 6inch kitchen knife on table full of 5/6yr old kids (for us to cut cake which u arent allowed to eat in room btw?!) she then left room leaving the children unattended with knife!
Emailed manager twice afterwards informing of knife incident & how staff need to be trained of dangers, literally no response to either email.
Reviews seem to all be similar regarding staff being rude i wouldn't return & definitely would not recommend childrens party here

之后我又给经理发了两封邮件，告知有刀具这一情况以及为何需要对员工进行相关安全教育，但两封邮件都石沉大海，毫无回复。
关于员工态度粗鲁这一点，网上的评价似乎都大同小异。我不会再光顾这里，也绝对不会推荐这里举办儿童派对。
