Chipmunks Playland & Cafe Caroline Springs的点评
点评：A one star rating is too generous for the place. I have been a customer here for just over a year, and it was a place I was happy to take the kids on the weekends and on their days off from school. Although, recently the culture of the Playcentre has depleted. The noticeable changes to the Playcentre such as the lack of stock, decreased portions of food, and not to mention, the familiar faces of some of their helpful employees that have become scarce.
The weekends I’ve visited there is evidently a shortage of staff each time, and the quality of my very expensively priced coffees and snacks have been extremely poor. The older lady who I assumed to be the owner has made my coffee each time, and it is absolutely terrible, bitter with the taste of burnt milk.
To think in the beginning of the year I was recommending this Playcentre to others and having every intention to book a party for my child too. But now, I couldn’t think of a bigger waste of money for bad service and poor planning
