Terrible place won’t be back

点评：Terrible place and you only have to meet the manager Paul to see why. Staff rude and scream ‘get off’ at the kids abruptly. There is a metal chain across the entrance to the trampolines and a young girl stands there ‘policing’ it with a miserable face, and if you enter without a wristband or the air hop socks they will shout at you throw you off or tell you you can’t come in. Under 4s can’t go on so if you have younger children and are standing waiting watching your older kids they won’t even allow them to even touch a crash mat. I got followed and harrassed by the manager because my 2 year old was stood on the edge of a crash mat and apparently that meant she was using the equipment. Nowhere on the website does it say you can’t wear your own trampoline socks so we took our own, they then sent my kids off to get air hop ones, then when we went back on the manager followed me accusing me of stealing the socks when his own staff told me to go and swap them at reception?! they are ridiculously over the top and ruin the fun my kids hated it and we won’t be back! Will be putting an official complaint in about Paul and a staff member with blonde hair who tried to refuse me access into the trampoline area at one point despite two of my kids being in there!!!!! I went in anyway and she just gave me dirty look. Staff walk round with walkie talkies talking to eachother whilst glaring at everyone and following people round I felt uncomfortable and harrassed the whole time I was there and so did my kids. Staff act like they don’t want anyone in there and by the looks of it they are succeeding as it was dead in the middle of the summer holidays.. vile dirty place with vile staff I won’t be back.. there are so many other great trampoline parks so will go to them instead
