Ignore Bad Reviews - Great Team and Experience!

点评：I was super nervous heading out to the Nurbergring with my Son, having read previous tripadvisors on here, which just goes to show, you should take all reviews with a pinch of salt and there are two sides of the story. I was worried about whether we would get the cars we booked, or if indeed Big Garage was a real, legitimate business. I neednt of worried, because all was as discussed, booked and paid for and I was hugely relieved. Now it has been several months, but every single person that I dealth with from Big Garage was professional and friendly. I originally contacted Big Garage via whatsapp, and it just felt to easy and quick, but the communications were excellent, I paid a deposit (using my credit card just in case) and agreed the cars, the number of laps, the price - everything over whatsapp - it was simple and easy. We then turned up on the day and we could NOT find the big garage offices!! I started to think we had been ripped off, and when we called the whatsapp number and got voicemail, we really began to panic. But we neednt of. The office is a very small office, and it isnt very well sign posted. But if you just go to the main Nurbergring building, walk up the stairs and as you come out the door, head in a North Easterly direction, in a diagonal line to your right, you will see a small sign for the Big Garage and their offise is just inside some double doors and then down a small corridor to the right. Now it has been a while and I am unsure if i have the names correct, but Velten I believe was the guy in the office who was super helpful, took the final payment took and reimbursed the deposits immediately after our session had finished safely. He made us aware of the track, explained everythign clearly and asked us to go out about 30m apart which was fine. We had instructors Dmitry and Hannes I believe, and they were super helpful and we had the most amazing 4 laps of the track, to which I was scared stiff by my son, 21, was absolutely buzzing! I am not sure if I will race at the track again, but if we did go back, we would 100% use the Big Garage and the team there, and we would highly recommend them. Ignore the scary other reviews theyre nonsense! These are good guys who deliver what they say - well that was our experience any ways!
翻译：我和儿子准备前往纽博格林赛道时紧张得不行，因为我之前看过这里的诸多TripAdvisor评论。这也说明，我们看待所有评论时都应持保留态度，毕竟事情都有两面性。我当时很担心能否拿到预订好的车型，也担心Big Garage究竟是不是一家正规合法的商家。结果完全不必担心，一切都如我们商量、预订并付款的那样，这让我松了一大口气。如今几个月过去了。不过，我与Big Garage的每一位工作人员打交道时，他们都既专业又友善。我最初是通过WhatsApp联系Big Garage的，整个过程感觉既简单又迅速；沟通也非常顺畅。我付了定金（为了保险起见，是用信用卡支付的），还敲定了车型、可驾驶圈数以及价格——所有事宜都是在WhatsApp上谈妥的，十分简单便捷。可到了当天，我们却怎么也找不到Big Garage的办公室！！我当时还以为自己被骗了呢。当我们拨打WhatsApp号码却只听到语音信箱时，我们真的开始惊慌起来。不过其实没必要这样。那个办公室规模很小，而且周围的指示标志也不多。不过只要走到纽博格林的主楼，走上楼梯，从门出来后朝东北方向走，也就是向右呈对角线方向前进，就会看到一个写着“Big Garage”的小指示牌。他们的办公室就在几扇双开门后面，再沿着右边的一条小走廊走过去就能到了。现在时间已经过去了一阵子，我不确定自己记的名字是否准确。不过我记得Velten是在办公室里那位非常热心的人——在我们顺利完成体验后，他立刻收取了尾款并退还了押金。他向我们介绍了赛道情况，把所有细节都解释得清清楚楚，还让我们彼此保持约30米的距离，这完全没有问题。带我们体验的教练应该是Dmitry和Hannes，他们也极其热心周到。我们在赛道上尽情驰骋了4圈，体验实在棒极了。我和21岁的儿子一起去的，我当时吓得动弹不得，而我的儿子则兴奋得不得了！我不确定自己是否还会再去赛道比赛，但如果我们真的会去，我们一定会选择Big Garage以及那里的团队。我们强烈推荐他们。那些吓人的负面评价根本不可信，纯属无稽之谈！他们都是很靠谱的人，说到做到——至少我们的体验就是如此！
